Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ryan Builds Bots website, tools, automations, and related services, including internal tools such as Hermes Ad Manager (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services

The Services are intended for lawful business and operational use. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, upload malicious content, or use the Services in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, platform terms, or developer policies.

Authorized platform access

If you connect or authorize access to a third-party platform, you represent that you have the authority to grant that access. We use platform access only to provide the requested business function, such as reporting, campaign management support, troubleshooting, workflow automation, or compliance support.

Human approval and business decisions

AI and automation outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Material business actions, advertising launches, budget changes, account changes, compliance decisions, and other high-impact actions should be reviewed and approved by an authorized human operator. The bots do not get to cosplay as the CFO.

Third-party services

The Services may interact with third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or communications services. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RBB retains rights to its website, internal tooling, frameworks, templates, code, and know-how. You retain rights to your own business data and materials you provide. Project-specific ownership terms may be handled in a separate written agreement.

Confidentiality and data handling

We aim to handle private business information with reasonable care and least-privilege access. Data handling is further described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, platform availability, campaign performance, revenue outcomes, or that every automation will behave perfectly in the wild.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe there is misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal exposure, platform-policy risk, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
