Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Ryan Builds Bots (“RBB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and operates practical AI and backend systems, including internal tools such as Hermes Ad Manager. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete information when you use our website, contact us, or authorize our tools to access business platform data.
Information we collect
- Contact information: name, email address, company, project details, and messages you send us.
- Business workflow information: notes, briefs, operational details, campaign context, reporting requests, and other information you provide for a project or tool.
- Platform/API data: if you authorize access to advertising, analytics, commerce, or other business platforms, we may process account names, campaign data, ad set/ad data, performance metrics, creative metadata, reporting data, and related operational records needed to provide the requested service.
- Technical information: logs, device/browser metadata, timestamps, error reports, and security/audit events generated by our site or tools.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, troubleshoot, and improve our website, tools, automations, and services.
- To respond to requests, prepare project briefs, perform authorized reporting, and support media buying operations.
- To maintain approvals, audit trails, security controls, and operational records.
- To comply with applicable laws, platform terms, developer policies, and legitimate business obligations.
Advertising and platform data
For tools such as Hermes Ad Manager, platform data is used only for the authorized business purpose connected to the account or project: reporting, campaign management support, troubleshooting, internal analysis, compliance, and operational workflow automation. We do not sell platform data. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or profiling outside the authorized business context.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or deliver our tools and services. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction/authorization. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform-compliance reasons. Operational logs and archived project records may be retained when needed for auditability and safety, then deleted or de-identified when no longer necessary.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is perfect, but we aim for boring, auditable, least-privilege handling instead of cowboy access.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by visiting our Data Deletion Request page or emailing ryan@ryanbuildsbots.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the account or business data before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
Our site and tools are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
