If you want Ryan Builds Bots to delete personal information, business information, or authorized platform data associated with our website, tools, or Hermes Ad Manager, send a deletion request using the instructions below.

What to include

• Your name and best contact email.
• The business, account, app, or platform connected to the request.
• The platform involved, if applicable, such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, or another connected service.
• A short description of the information you want deleted.
• Proof that you are authorized to request deletion for the account or business data, if we ask for verification.

How we handle requests

We will review the request, verify identity/authorization when needed, delete or de-identify eligible information, and confirm completion by email. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, audit, or platform-compliance obligations.
